Lemke has nearly 20 years of experience in providing Right-of-Way Acquisition related surveying services to various municipalities, tribal governments, local country governments, and state agencies.
These services include right-of-way research, alignment analysis, property descriptions, legal documents, right-of-way plans, quality assurance/quality control, boundary surveys, and field staking to assist the client in obtaining easements and/or right-of-ways.
Our staff Certified Abstractor is dedicated to thorough title research and ownership reports. Lemke Project Managers are heavily involved in all aspects of right-of-way projects from start to finish. Lemke staff is attentive to the needs of the client, while also recognizing the sensitivity and concerns of the landowner.
